Terms & Conditions

Made by Ada is an Australian-owned, print-to-order brand celebrating pole dance, creativity, and confidence. Every item is made just for you — that means:

Orders are final once submitted.
You are responsible for checking your design, size, quote, and product choice carefully before confirming.
Once confirmed, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued unless there’s a genuine fault.
All quotes or designs must be copyright-clear. We won’t print artwork that infringes on others’ rights or doesn’t align with the Made by Ada vibe.

All designs, content, and artwork on this site are the intellectual property of Made by Ada.

Custom Orders

Each piece is custom made with love (and a whole lotta sass). That means:

You’re responsible for double-checking sizes, images, and quotes before submitting.
Once you confirm your design, it can’t be changed or refunded — we print what you picked!
You’ll receive a mockup to approve. Once approved and paid for, your order is locked in.

Custom designs may be printed on the front, back, or both — depending on your selection.

Turnaround Time

Good things take time.

Orders take approximately 1–3 weeks to be created and shipped.
If you need your order in a rush, reach out before purchasing. We’ll let you know if it’s doable (rush fees may apply).
You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are made to order. Delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Some items may take longer; this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please check your shipping address carefully - we’re not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect details or postal delays.

Returns & Refunds

We don’t offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind
Sizing issues
Deciding you “don’t pole anymore” 💅

Custom items are final sale, unless there’s a genuine fault (like a misprint or wrong item).

If your item is faulty, contact us within 5 days of receiving it with photos and details. If approved, we’ll organise a replacement or provide a store credit.

All faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy (and promise not to be weird about it).

What We Collect

When you visit our site, make a purchase, or fill out forms, we may collect:

Shipping/billing address
Payment info (handled securely through third-party providers)

Cold wash only
Do not iron directly on the print
Air dry - dryers are convenient, but they’ll ruin the magic
